Ans: CTIBUZZ can integrate with existing PBX system which can support TAPI, CSTA and SIP interfaces. CRM databases can be integrated through the APIs provided from the CRM databases.
2. What all system settings to be taken care in an Agent pc to ensure call popup happen without any disruption?
Ans: In an Agent pc, make sure that windows firewall is off or the configured UDP port of CTIBUZZ for call popup is exempted in the firewall.
