Compatibility
CTIBUZZ is compatible with most of the PBX systems. It is integrated using the interfaces like TAPI , CSTA, AMI interfaces. The call states like Ringing, Connected , Disconnection etc will be tracked and accordingly the call popups will be triggered based on the CLI information available. CTIBUZZ has integration using CSTA for PBX like Unify . TAPI is being used for integration for PBX like Avaya IP Office.
